Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene stickers remain intact and untampered.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Processing & Credit
Once our team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
