What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 21 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags intact. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days via express shipping. International orders are shipped via DHL Express and usually arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
How should I care for my ALT Swim pieces?
To ensure your swimwear lasts for seasons to come, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent immediately after use. Avoid rough surfaces, do not tumble dry, and always dry in the shade to prevent color fading.
